All our bouquets and letterbox florals are made by hand. As such, we need one working day to prepare your bouquet. The item will then be shipped using Royal Mail 48 hour delivery as standard. Orders can be upgraded to Royal 24 hour delivery at an extra cost.

Express 24hr Delivery: £1.99
Standard 48hr Delivery (First Class): Free
Orders after 12pm will be processed on Monday.
Important note: Royal Mail nor DX (or any other courier) can guarantee Next Day Delivery or delivery within 48hrs. Mysa cannot be held responsible for any items not delivered due to someone not being available to sign for the item and we cannot guarantee that couriers will adhere to any instructions that we give them.
Areas Outside of Standard Delivery (as defined by DX/Royal Mail)
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are charged at varying costs. The cost for any non-standard delivery postcodes will be displayed on the checkout page once a postcode is entered. Delivery to these areas is a Hermes 2-5 Working Day service.
